The World Wide Web Foundation is an international organization, with not-for-profit status at our headquarters in Switzerland, and in the United States (501(c)(3)). The Swiss Board is responsible for the strategic direction of global programs and global fundraising. The United States Board is responsible for direction of local operations and fundraising in the US.
