Please include the Dutch and French Caribbean in your future conferences. As an advisor of small businesses throughout the Caribbean, it is essential for regional private sector groups to become more computer literate and Web conscious.

With the commencement of a more willing public sector attitude towards more open data for policy research, we will begin to experience more economic and social research to guide policy makers in their decision making.
